AlteredSphere LTD provides AI Automation & Integration services. We offer our services through web platforms, mobile applications, and in-person interactions.

3. Client Data
3.1. We do not claim ownership of any information or data provided by our clients.
3.2. Upon request and termination of services, we will hand over all client data in our possession.

4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment is made through invoices via bank transfers, Stripe, or other agreed-upon methods.
4.2. We operate on a retainer basis with upfront setup fees.
4.3. Failure to pay retainers may result in termination of services.

5. Minimum Contract Term
The minimum contract term for our services is 4 months.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our clients to do the same.
6.2. Any intellectual property created by AlteredSphere LTD in the course of providing services remains the property of AlteredSphere LTD unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit permission, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
AlteredSphere shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we commit to handling it in the best interest of the client. We will work transparently towards a mutually agreeable solution and provide assistance to the best of our ability.

10. Termination
10.1. We reserve the right to terminate services if retainer payments are not made as agreed.
10.2. Upon termination, we will provide all relevant data and information to the client.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes.
